Non - Attorney Agency

"The same God who gave us life, gave us liberty."

Thomas Jefferson â€‹

Recognizing a gap between the bench and the bar, Congress enacted the Administrative Procedure Act ("APA") in 1946. This legislation authorizes non-attorney representatives to advocate before specific federal agencies, including the Department of Labor, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the Social Security Administration, and the Veterans Administration. The intention of this program is to remove socio-economic barriers for those of our citizens who may not be able to afford legal counsel for help with the completion of complex administrative forms.

While we do not provide legal advice or legal representation, our work ensures that those in need of assistance with complex administrative forms are not left behind simply due to financial constraints. This system also frees up our friends at the bar to focus on legal matters that are need of deep analysis and legal advocacy rather than routine form completion, maximizing resources for everyone in our communities.

We are currently certified in conflict resolution and immigration. We are in the process of seeking certification before the Department of Labor, Social Security and Veterans Administrations.

PLEASE READ.

Our immigration non-attorney agency services are available exclusively to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and individuals seeking legal status through the appropriate legal channels. We are committed to upholding the rule of law and will not engage or facilitate any unlawful activity.

For those seeking assistance with voluntary departure, we encourage you to explore the CBP Home App, a new initiative by the Department of Homeland Security. This self-deportation program provides a structured and safe option to deport voluntarily.
