The Advocacy Center, Inc. ("TAC") is an all-women managed and led non-attorney agency service center accredited by the Department of Justice to offer an alternative approach to justice through non-attorney agency services that include conflict resolution and immigration. TAC's initiatives focus in the areas of equal access to justice and international human rights, specifically advocating against the violence against women and children, and the international rights of a child.

TAC is founded in honor of Honorary Colonel Petty Officer First Class Gene Shearer to offer alternative approaches to conflict and social injustice through community-based programs that promote the restoration of peace and the protection of human and civil rights.

Accredited by the DOJ to come alongside the bench and bar in Florida and Tennessee in offering non-attorney agency services

in the areas of conflict resolution and immigration.
